We love GraphiStudio albums because they, to us, are the best. You can customise pretty much anything, from size, to colour, to material, so although we can’t list every possible combination here we can give you some lovely examples! The lovely large album here is a 35cm x 45cm; to give you an idea of scale, the larger of the two parent books is approx A4 in size (20cm x 30cm), and the smaller of the two is approx A5 in size (15cm x 20cm).
The Parent Book is a smaller version of your album, and is a gorgeous ‘thank you’ present for your close family and bridal party. These books are available with either a dust jacket (like the A4 book above), or a printed cover (like the A5 book above). For an extra special present for your loved ones, you can customise the A4 parent book with any cover from GraphiStudio’s full range, so they can have an album that is (almost!) as good as the real thing. The A4 Parent Book is available to order individually (after you have chosen your album), the A5 comes as a set of 2, and the A6 (10cm x 13cm) as a set of 4.
Smaller soft cover Pocket Books are now available too, in sets of 9 – 30 depending on your chosen size. These are a fab gift for family and friends, and also great to keep in your bag to show work-mates so they keep their mitts of your album! Pocket Books are available in 10cm x 13cm, 6cm x 9cm, or 4cm x 6cm in portrait, landscape and square orientation (depending on the orientation of your album).
Katie and Ben’s album above has a metal cover in gold satin finish, with nappa leather spine and back in black. You can see that the Parent Book is a copy in colour and orientation, and the paper inside looks great in a textured or satin finish. The design inside is an exact replica of your album.
The different material combinations with GraphiStudio are mind boggling – our couples usually ask us to suggest ideas after we have met up and had an engagement shoot, as that gives us the opportunity to get to know the individual style and feel of each wedding. For example, for Helena and Tom’s summer wedding (in a Leicester museum, followed by a garden party reception) we knew we needed a more relaxed, informal feel to their album, without compromising on quality. We opted for an acrylic cover with a woven spine and back, and we were SO happy with the results!
The most common upgrade in all our albums is number of pages. In most album styles you can have (nearly!) as many pages as you like, although there are restrictions on certain photo books. After you have chosen your favourite photographs for your album, we will advise you approximately how many pages the album will be with your chosen number of photographs, and if there are extra pages needed we will advise the approximate cost before designing. We love using thick pages in our albums, they are so beautifully tactile.
You can also customise the box, sleeve or case for your album, and these vary greatly in price depending on the style, size and material that you choose. The Young Book includes its distinctive box as it is part of the design, whereas the box for the Contemporary Classic Photobook is completely customisable. We love the Design Box with colour overprinting, and (of course!) you can choose all manner of colours and finishes.
